Northend have long had the deserved reputation for the highest quality printing. This can only be achieved by using the finest printing presses available.

Our B2 Heidelberg four and five colour machines are linked directly to our Heidelberg Computer-to-Plate facility completely eliminating the need for film. The print document is imaged directly on to the plate thus avoiding dot loss or dot gain - helping us to maintain consistency both through the initial print run and also to match the original on re-printing.

Our machines have in-line coaters for gloss, matt and silk sealers together with infra-red drying to avoid set-off, and are computer controlled through Heidelberg CPTronic technology.

Additionally we also have a Heidelberg cylinder press converted for the cutting and creasing of paper and board.

Through our Shuttleworth MIS, we are amongst the first print companies in the UK to use Shuttleworth Productive real-time production control software. This ensures that your printed document is not only produced to the highest possible quality standards, but you can also be assured of receiving it on time as well!
